Cheesecake with condensed milk
Ingredients
– First class :
- Digestive biscuits: box (finely ground)
- Cream: half a can
- Butter: half a stick
– Second layer:
- Cream cheese: 6 cubes
- Whipping cream: packaged
- Cream: a box
- Sweetened condensed milk: one can
- Gelatin: a tablespoon (dissolved in a quarter cup of hot water)
– To decorate:
- Strawberry sauce: as needed
How to prepare
- Mix the biscuits with butter and cream in a bowl well until the ingredients are combined.
- Arrange the biscuit layer in a cheesecake tray or Pyrex dish.
- Mix the cream cheese, cream, sweetened condensed milk, and gelatin water well, then pour them over the biscuits.
- Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Add strawberry filling for decoration.
