Cheesecake with condensed milk

Ingredients

– First class :
  1. Digestive biscuits: box (finely ground)
  1. Cream: half a can
  2. Butter: half a stick
– Second layer:
  1. Cream cheese: 6 cubes
  1. Whipping cream: packaged
  2. Cream: a box
  3. Sweetened condensed milk: one can
  4. Gelatin: a tablespoon (dissolved in a quarter cup of hot water)
– To decorate:
  1. Strawberry sauce: as needed

How to prepare

  1. Mix the biscuits with butter and cream in a bowl well until the ingredients are combined.
  2. Arrange the biscuit layer in a cheesecake tray or Pyrex dish.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, cream, sweetened condensed milk, and gelatin water well, then pour them over the biscuits.
  4. Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  5. Add strawberry filling for decoration.
