Cinnamon with condensed milk

  • Flour = 3 cups
  • Warm water = 1 cup
  • Eggs = 2
  • Instant yeast = one tablespoon
  • Ghee = two tablespoons
  • Vanilla = 1 pinch
  • Salt = 1 pinch
  • Powdered milk = 3 tablespoons

For the filling

Cinnamon = 1 tablespoon

Sugar = two tablespoons

Melted butter = 2 tablespoons

Cocoa = a pinch

Sweetened condensed milk cream = as desired

How to prepare

1-Dissolve the yeast and sugar with half a cup of warm water and leave the mixture aside for about 10 minutes

2- Beat the two eggs with vanilla and leave them aside.

3- In a bowl, mix flour, yogurt, salt and ghee.

4- Make a hole in the middle of the mixture and put the egg mixture in it

5- Pour the dissolved yeast and the rest of the water and knead the ingredients well until you get a cohesive dough.

6- Cover the dough and leave it aside until it rises for about an hour.

7- In a bowl, mix the filling ingredients and set aside.

8- Spread the dough on a hard surface in the shape of a rectangle and spread it with the filling mixture.

9- Roll the dough into a roll and cut it into medium-sized pieces.

10- Arrange the pieces on a tray greased with a little butter, cover the tray and leave it in a warm place until the dough rises again.

11- Bake the cinnamon roll in a preheated oven at medium heat for 20 minutes.

12- Take the tray out of the oven, add the sweetened condensed milk on top, then serve it on your dinner.

advice

  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk as soon as the Cinnabon comes out of the oven so that it absorbs it.
  • You can serve it with tea or coffee
